"Superwool(R) / Super Wool Sleeve" and "Superwool(R) / Super Wool Mold" are biocompatible (low residual in vivo) fibers manufactured by mixing inorganic and small amounts of organic binders with Superwool(R) bulk, and forming and drying using a vacuum molding method. In addition to sleeves (cylindrical) for hot water insulation applications and tap hole cones (conical) used as plugs for the outlet, various shapes can also be processed according to application needs. There are also SC1600 grade products for high temperatures that use alumina fiber.
